ELNE is thrilled to announce the publishing of the third edition of the ELNE Journal: Vision to Action. 

 

A Year of Transformative Work

 

This latest edition provides a comprehensive reflection on the work ELNE has accomplished throughout 2023-2024. It encapsulates key insights, research findings, and policy recommendations that have emerged from the network's dedicated efforts to transform schools into learning communities. Readers can explore the Final Report, which highlights the impact of ELNE’s initiatives over the past year, alongside an in-depth analysis of how collaborative leadership in education can be a powerful tool for improving learning outcomes and reducing inequalities.

A Roadmap to Shaping Education

 

At the heart of this ELNE Journal are the ELNE Policy Recommendations. These guidelines offer a roadmap for educational stakeholders across Europe to implement sustainable change in schools and educational systems. They emphasise the need for democratic structures in schools, the importance of evidence-informed policymaking, and the creation of collaborative environments where students, teachers, parents, and school leaders work together toward common goals.
