Attractiveness of the teaching profession.

While school education cannot be imagined without its teachers, the teaching profession has been going through a significant crisis in all of the European Union Member States. Ageing teachers, shortages of students in initial teacher education, working hours or salaries are only a few reasons for this global phenomenon. The purpose of this webinar will be to discuss concrete practices on how to raise the attractiveness of the teaching profession and professional pathways. The webinar will be moderated by Hannah Grainger Clemson (University of Edinburgh).
