Leading and Learning Together: The Role of Professional Learning Communities in Educator Development.

The workshop will introduce the theoretic framework of professional learning communities to the participants. Through interactive methods and using their own experiences the participants will explore the basic characteristics of professional learning communities and group reflection. The recommendations for policymakers, including school leaders will be discussed.
