The Educational Leadership Network Europe (ELNE) is delighted to extend a warm invitation to the forthcoming ELNE Annual Conference 2025, to be held on 14th May 2025 in Brussels, Belgium, at Les Ateliers des Tanneurs (Rue des Tanneurs 60A, 1000 Bruxelles).
Under the theme ‘Dimensions of Collaborative Leadership – Exploring Together’, the ELNE Annual Conference 2025 will bring together a diverse assembly of educational organisations, practitioners, researchers, and policymakers from across Europe. The event will focus on examining the concept of collaborative educational leadership and its multifaceted dimensions through the lenses of research, practice, and policymaking. The aim is to promote and support its effective implementation within the field of education.
The conference will commence at 12:00 CET (registrations from 11h30 CET) with lunch, which will be served until 13:00 CET, and conclude at 18:45 CET. During the official programme, participants will have the opportunity to engage in:
- An inspiring agenda featuring interactive discussions, thought-provoking presentations, and engaging plenary sessions that delve into the critical aspects of collaborative leadership.
- Explorations of how education systems are collaboratively shaped, reflecting on the challenges and opportunities within EU education and the priorities of the European Union.
Following the main programme, from 19:00 to 22:00 CET, a networking dinner will be held for participants and speakers.
Accommodation and Reimbursement Rules
Travel, accommodation, and subsistence costs will be covered by ELNE as follows:
- Accommodation:
As the conference will finish late on 14th May, accommodation for one night (14th–15th May) at Citybox Hotel Brussels will be provided and booked by ELNE.
- Subsistence:
ELNE will provide lunch, dinner, and coffee breaks during the conference day (14th May) as well as breakfast at Café Brod, located next to the Citybox Hotel, on the morning of 15th May.
- Travel Expenses:
Travel expenses will be reimbursed based on actual costs up to a maximum of 300€ per round trip. If unable to find travel options under this rate or to cover the difference yourself, please clarify it below in the registration form.. Participants travelling from abroad are advised to purchase their tickets at the earliest opportunity after receiving confirmation that their registration has been accepted to secure the best rates.
