The aim of the webinar is to discuss how innovative partnerships and collaborative efforts can create new ways in education, in the sense that leadership is not always about "leading" in the traditional sense of the term.

The discussion will also focus on the example of how representatives of employers and employees in Greek private schools work together to implement an ambitious training programme, the European Organisation for Nuclear Research, which was launched in 2022 in cooperation with CERN.

Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss firsthand experiences.

1. Speaker George Christopoulos, President of the Federation of Private Educators of Greece (OIELE), will first address how leading innitiatives enhance the creation and promotion of new ways and partnerships in education. 

2. After this question has been discussed, participants will learn about the case of Greek private schools, and their implementation of the European Organisation for Nuclear Research.
